Berna Kara
Berna is a sales leader with extensive experience in medical technology and imaging solutions.
Recently , she served as Regional Modality Leader at GE Healthcare, overseeing the Mammography product line in the Pacific Northwest. She has successfully driven sales growth, exceeding 141% of sales targets and 121% of revenue goals, earning recognition in the 2023 Circle of Excellence.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Inspital Medical Technology GmbH, Johnson & Johnson, and GE Healthcare, expanding market share, driving revenue, and leading high-performing sales teams. With a strong background in strategic business development, she has managed key hospital and imaging center accounts, developed go-to-market strategies, and led multimillion-dollar projects in the U.S. and international markets.
Berna holds an MBA and a degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylul University and is an alumna of the American College Institute.
She is based in Los Gatos, California.
Can Ozdoruk
Can started his career as a software engineer and worked for Teradyne for 3.5 years. Then, he joined Cisco's Emerging Technology Grousp and was instrumental in Cisco's consumer GTM strategy. His last large company was NVIDIA where he marketed repurposed GPUs to non-gaming verticals. He ran NVIDIA's GPU Test Drive Program and during his tenure at NVIDIA, GPUs became a computing standard in HPC, Big Data and AI workloads.
After three years at NVIDIA, he ran marketing departments of various early-stage Silicon Valley companies, inc., Zignal Labs, PerimeterX, Netomi and Firework. He grew ARR of these companies between 10x-30x during his tenure.
Can also has been advising early-stage startups, including but not limited to Insider, Prisync, AlternaCX and Vibons.
Can has a BS degree from Middle East Technical University's Electrical and Electronics Engineering, MS degree from Northeastern University's Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business.

Prior roles include key positions in corporate banking at BNP Paribas, where strategic loan decisions and risk assessments led to multimillion-dollar revenue growth, and financial analysis at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
